Taprorabana Leadership outreach programme
Your leadership abilities in a demanding environment by working with a real team to solve real problems. Two days in the Kitulagala/Sigiriya/Dambulla with tutor input, discussion sessions, and practical and memorable experiences. Everyone takes turns being the leader. After each exercise, their style and success are reviewed; what can we all learn from what happened and apply back at work?
The course will be tailored to your specific requirements, ranging from physical to non-physical, challenging to confidence-building, and utilising one or more teams. There will be some management and Leadership theory thrown into the discussion sessions to help participants make sense of what is going on.
Our outdoor courses are not for fitness freaks or people who enjoy being wet and cold. We stay in a nice hotel, always have a change of clothes in case it rains, and all of the activities are designed to be accessible to everyone. The course is not about fitness or strength; rather, it is intended to address the mental process of leadership.
